Bill was born in Hollywood Florida in 1972 and grew up in Pembroke Pines until 1988. He and his parents moved to Jensen Beach where in 1992 Bill graduated from Martin County High School. Upon graduation Bill entered the US Navy and made it a career accumulating over 16 years out on the ocean out of his 20 year career. During his career he was awarded 4 Navy Achievement Medals 1 Navy Commendation Medal and 20 other various personal and unit awards. Bill has been married to his current wife Julie for 2 years and has 4 children, three from a previous marriage (two daughters and one son) and one step daughter from his current marriage. After Retiring from the Navy Bill moved to Salisbury North Carolina where he earned an associate degree in Motorsports Management. In 2014 Bill moved back to Florida to help with his aging parents. Bill is a member of the Moose Lodge and supports the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps. In his spare time Bill likes to play golf and go out on his boat with his wife and just enjoy life. They built a tiki hut in their backyard so they can have a place to entertain guests and friends. Bill and his wife decided to move from Broward county to downsize, simplify and enjoy the country life. Real Estate has been part of Bills life for almost 40 years as both of his parents were licensed Realtors. His mother would have him and his friends ride around the neighborhoods looking for FSBO's and would give the boys $20 for every listing she would acquire. Julie is a licensed Realtor as well and when they were selling their home in Coral Springs and buying in Fellsmere Julie was the driving force behind those deals. Bill was intrigued by the process and decided to sign up to take the Indian River School of Real Estate course. After completing the course and passing the state exam Bill is ready to join Coldwell Banker Paradise and have a positive impact on the office and all the clients he meets. By doing this Bill also hopes to live up to the motto on the back of his card which reads “Vets helping Vets”. There are too many people who won't help those who have sacrificed so much for this great country we live in and they all deserve respect and to be led in the right direction.
