Tiffany Correia is a full time Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Paradise in Sebastian, FL. Born and raised in Florida, Tiffany moved to Sebastian in 2014. Drawn to the community's charm, Tiffany is the previous owner of Tallulah's Swimwear and has become intimately familiar with all Sebastian has to offer. She loves that Sebastian is only 2-3 hours from the many cruise ports in Florida and in close proximity to I-95 and Florida's turnpike, making it an easy drive North to Orlando, South
to Miami or West to Tampa. Tiffany spent many years in retail management, becoming an expert in customer service, event management, merchandising and networking. She then
transitioned to RV warranty, educating herself on how to read contracts and negotiations. This serves her customers well when negotiating the sell or purchase of their properties. Tiffany has
spent many years helping her husband buy homes, renovating and selling them. She understands the frustrations of buying and selling properties, from inspections to negotiations to dealing with multiple offers. She also has the ability to help her customers recognize the value of a property, and see the potential of home, whether through design or renovation.
Tiffany specializes in residential properties, property management and rentals, most notably in the Sebastian Highlands area. An avid Disney fan, Tiffany spends her free time rollerblading, paddle boarding, cruising, relaxing on the beach and bike riding around Sebastian, visiting the area's many restaurants and shops.
