Although she was recommended through our lender and her agency, they picked exactly the right person and personality. She was easy to talk with , understood exactly what I was looking for and was always available, even one time she was away at a family event, out of state, she returns our call immediately and helped us ith an issue and all questions. If she didn't know the answer , she found it quickly and accurately. My husband and I have very different personalities and at the same time , the same taste in a home. The only way to describe Robyn, is genuine. She takes her job seriously, she is punctual and once she understands your real estate needs she does her research so your time is never wasted.She is an advocate for either the buyer or the seller, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and reasonable when discussing the current market trends and pricing. Using Robyn, when buying you will not pay too much and when selling you will not sell for too little. I am on my fourth real estate transaction with her and would not use anyone else.

Robyn is truly incredible. She went over above and beyond to help us find our current home. Being out of state, and with two small children, we were very limited in travel to view homes in person. From the start, Robyn got to know us personally and made sure she knew exactly the type of home we were searching for, paying careful attention to every detail we shared with her in describing "our perfect home." Each time we notified her we were able come down, she was diligent in gathering prospects and made special accommodations for us to be able to view homes, even during the weekend. The final home we were most interested in was listed for sale by owner, after various attempts to contact them to schedule a viewing, they were unreachable and we had to return out of state. Robyn then went out of her way personally visiting the sellers to notify them of our interest in their property. She also did a FaceTime walk through at our request and showed us the entire house inside and out describing every detail. After various exchanges between the sellers, along with Robyn's knowledgeable expertise every step of the way, we were able to close on our home. We were very fortunate to have Robyn as our realtor, and frankly, if she had not interceded and pursued sellers on our behalf, we probably wouldn't have been able to secure our special one of a kind home. We highly recommend Robyn for anyone who is searching for a home or property in Vero Beach, FL.

Robyn not only has a wonderful personality, keeping the stressful search for a home a pleasant experience, but she's also dedicated to finding the right property for her clients.As I went through the process we discussed all of my wants and needs so that she could recommend properties that fit my criteria. But she also didn't rule out proerties that were marginal fits, always forwarding the listings and allowing me to say yes or no.While I was in the process of buying my house she went on vacation to Hawaii to visit family and even though she was there she kept track of my process to make sure it was positive and seamless.I highly recommend Robyn if you're buying a home.

Robyn was great, the right agent for us. I purchased the home from out of state, a stressful position to be in. Robyn showed the house to me via FaceTime and took care of an inspection concern without me being there. She contacted me regularly with each step and followed up to make sure the closing went as smooth as possible. Hurricane Irma struck the area during the process and before it struck she contacted me and assured windows would be shuttered/protected. She knows the area very well and likes to negotiate too, a bonus. Robyn was great to work with and I look forward to working with her again. Thank you so much, I love my new home.
