He is an antique car collector and member of the Cadillac & LaSalle Club Inc., and can frequently be seen driving around town in one of his lovingly restored vintage Caddies. He has participated in several antique car tours and shows and most recently this year joined in several drives through the historical sections of towns and neighborhoods where others in the community and the elderly in nursing homes could enjoy the cars at a safe distance and to help lift spirits in the community.
